Product Scope

Sumi Block Puzzle 木块拼放 is provided as 摆下三块，留一点安静。9×9 木块拼放，免费无广告，手绘主题随心选。

Use of the Product

You are responsible for how you use the product, the files or content you import, and any output you create with it. Do not use the product in ways that violate applicable law, platform rules, or third-party rights.

User Content and Local Data

棋局、最高分与设置保存在设备本地。正常游玩无需网络；主题购买与恢复由 Apple StoreKit 处理。无广告、无账号、无第三方统计或追踪。

When the product works with local files, local browser sessions, local app data, or local models, you remain responsible for maintaining your own backups and device security.

Downloads, Purchases, and Updates

Downloads, purchases, in-app purchases, refunds, updates, and account-level store records are handled by Apple App Store and Apple StoreKit.

Sumi Block Puzzle is an offline 9×9 block puzzle game. The core gameplay, undo, score recording, auto-saving, and the 3D Bamboo theme are completely free. The optional non-consumable Unlock All Themes purchase unlocks visual themes (Pudding, Crystal, Lacquerware, and Dunhuang). It is an optional one-time purchase, not a subscription. Prices are displayed in Apple StoreKit prior to purchase. Restore Purchases is available in the theme settings. Refunds and billing follow Apple's standard terms. The app is licensed under Apple's standard EULA. Bundled audio assets remain subject to their source notices listed in About > Sound Credits.

Third-Party Services

The app may use Apple platform services such as App Store, StoreKit, and iCloud/iOS system behavior where applicable. Apple's own terms and policies apply to those services.

Sumi Block Puzzle contains no advertising SDKs, third-party analytics trackers, or Hooosberg servers. Apple platform services (App Store, StoreKit) remain subject to Apple's terms and policies. Bundled artwork and audio assets remain subject to their respective rights and notices in About > Sound Credits.
