This privacy policy applies to Sumi Block Puzzle. Product delivery for this app happens through the App Store and the linked Hooosberg product website.

Data Handling

Games, high scores and settings stay on your device. Gameplay works offline; optional theme unlock and restores use Apple StoreKit. No ads, accounts, or third-party tracking.

Sumi Block Puzzle Data Flow

Sumi Block Puzzle has no account system, no advertising SDK, no third-party analytics SDK, no tracking, no social feed, and no Hooosberg game server. Normal gameplay works completely offline and does not require a network connection.

Game saves and board stateStored locally on the device so you can pause and resume your 9×9 puzzle at any time. They are not uploaded to Hooosberg.

High scores and statisticsStored locally on the device (separate best scores for Classic 19-piece and Gentle 12-piece modes). They are not uploaded and are not used for advertising.

PreferencesStored locally to remember language, theme display style (3D/Flat), sound volume, haptics, and leaf animation settings.

Theme unlock stateStored locally after Apple StoreKit 2 confirms an optional one-time purchase or restore.

Personal identifiersSumi Block Puzzle does not request or collect name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or social account access.

In-App Purchases

The optional non-consumable one-time purchase Unlock All Themes unlocks premium visual themes (Pudding, Crystal, Lacquerware, and Dunhuang) through Apple StoreKit 2. The purchase is not a subscription, supports Family Sharing, and does not charge purchasers for any themes added in the future. Hooosberg does not receive the user's Apple ID, payment method, billing address, App Store credentials, or full purchase history. Restore Purchases uses Apple's native StoreKit 2 flow.

Deletion and Retention

Because Sumi Block Puzzle does not create a Hooosberg account or server profile, there is no server-side player account for Hooosberg to delete. Local board saves, statistics, and preferences can be completely removed by deleting the app from the device. Apple may retain purchase, refund, crash, or store activity records under Apple's own privacy policies and user settings. If you contact developer support by email, information you send is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Platform Services

When you download, purchase, update, or review this product through Apple App Store, Apple may process account, payment, device, crash, or store activity data under its own privacy policy.
